Gymtops.com declares the month of November International Staph Awareness Month.
What is a Staph Infection? It’s a gang of bacteria known as Staphylococcus aureus who love to hang out at your local gym.
The Staph crew is a serious threat. Letting them into your training center will eventually get the best of your athletes.
It all starts with a small irritation on the skin or inside the nose, that can easily be passed via a training partner, dirty towel, filthy floor, clothes or training equipment used by an infected person.
A staph infection is a serious matter. If untreated can cause a deeper staph infection that can spread internally to your vital organs.
Can I get a staph infection? If Forrest Griffin, Tim Sylvia and Kellen Winslow Jr. can get it, so can you.
How do I fight Staph? Use anti-bacterial soap after each workout or training session.
Fight Soap make eco-friendly, hand crafted, sweet smelling series of soaps aimed at annihilating most nasty infections and keeping you clean. Each 3.2oz slug will set you back $5.
Keep yourself clean and make sure your gym is clean and provides a healthy environment for your well being.
