Launched earlier this year by former Affliction co-founder, Tom Beard, and Major League Baseball Player, Ryan Braun, Remetee is an LA based lifestyle brand that was founded on the principles of melding the LA coast’s street culture with high-end luxury culture. Originally set to square off at Affliction Trilogy, Gegard Mousasi and Renato “Babalu” Sobral were fortunate to not only have their match rescheduled on Strikeforce’s August 15th event, but it has also now become a title fight with Sobral putting his Strikeforce Light Heavyweight belt on the line. Strikeforce Lightweight Champion Josh “The Punk” Thomson has teamed up with Japan’s premiere fightwear brand RVDDW. The t-shirt would have possibly been used in Thomson’s title unification and rematch against Gilbert Melendez , but Josh didn’t receive the medical clearance to compete in the August 15th, Strikeforce event.
