Once again Silver Star Casting Company and American Fighter have teamed up to deliver Rich Franklin’s walkout tee. This time they will be partnering up for Franklin’s UFC 103 bout on September 19th, when he takes on Vitor Belfort at a catchweight of 195 lbs. Available in two colors (tan and grey) the shirt features a tea stain dye with Franklin’s nickname ‘Ace’  represented by burnout appliqués in the front and back. Both the Silver Star and American Fighter name are present on both side of the shirt as well. The shirt is available for order on both supplier’s websites, with orders scheduled to be shipped out on September 14th.

Paying homage to the few Brazilians on their fight team, Hitman Fight Gear recently released the “Street Cristo” t-shirt. The shirt features the very familiar O Cristo Redentor or Christ the Redeemer a statue of Jesus Christ that stands 120 feet tall overlooking the city of Rio de Janeiro. Top Japanese MMA apparel company RVDDW is getting all ready for the fall by releasing two long sleeve print t-shirts which gives us a small peek into what they have up their sleeves for fall/winter product releases.  The shirts are extremely simple featuring printed sleeves and RVDDW logos over the chest. Punishment Athletics recently celebrated their 10th anniversary in the MMA apparel business throwing an extravagant party at Hooters Hotel and Casino Dixies Dam Bar. Punishment also gave the opportunity to one lucky winner to “Party Like a Rockstar” with him and Jenna for the weekend. The limited edition tee sports a huge Roman numeral ten on the front and “1999 Ten Year Long and 10 Years Strong 2009″ on the back. Making his Strikeforce debut on August 15, 2009 against Mike Kyle, Brazilian born BJJ specialist Fabrico “Vai Cavalo” Werdum teamed up with Canadian fightwear company Kimurawear to develop and design a walkout tee for the event. The t-shirt features various sponsorship logos with the Kimurawear logo in red foil. There are only 100 of these 100% cotton tees available and only via the Kimurawear.com website can you purchase one.

Now that they have put their promotion days behind them, Affliction will focus all of its energy on its high-end apparel business. Already a recognizable brand in most MMA venues, Affliction will once again try and establish itself as a premier brand within the most influential organization – the UFC. Georges St. Pierre was one of the fighters who originally partnered with Affliction prior to them entering the fight promotion side of the business. Now that it is no longer “banned” inside the octagon, Afflcition has released this GSP Justice Signature Series Tee. The charcoal lava wash t-shirt is 100% cotton and features the Affliction name on the front and St. Pierre’s name on the back. Along with blue eagle wings prominently displayed on the front and back are several silver foil accents.

Former UFC and Pride Heavyweight Champion Antônio Rodrigo “Minotauro” Nogueira has become one more of the many MMA fighters to turn business man in the fast growing MMA apparel market. Nogueira’s “Minotauro” line of clothing currently consists of a collection of tees prominently displaying the Minotauro Team logo against a backdrop of various fabric types.  The environmentally friendly and lightweight tees are made of 100% cotton and are printed using a water based ink. Worn by BJ Penn to the UFC 101 weigh-in, the BJ Penn Island Warrior Tee from Cage Fighter features a Hawaiian Warrior design screened on a lightweight shirt.
