Prior to his victory over Rich Franklin at UFC 103, RVCA and Vitor Belfort teamed up to release his official cornerman shirt. Many viewers who watched the event may have noticed Belfort himself wearing a different RVCA tee – now RVCA has officially released that shirt. Known as the ‘Vitor Belfort Jersey Tee’, it features the green and yellow colors of Belfort’s native Brazil, along with the RVCA logo and the crest featured on his cornerman tee. RVCA is a clothing company recognized as a cultural and lifestyle brand, with a visual presence in many different subcultures. Within MMA circles they are identified by their relationship with UFC lightweight champion, BJ Penn – however they will now be receiving added exposure by partnering with Vitor Belfort. Returning to the octagon at UFC 103 to face Rich Franklin, Belfort scored a quick knockout in the first round to setup a potential showdown with middleweight champ Anderson Silva. Available now on RVCA’s website are the official tees worn by Belfort’s cornermen out to the octagon. As evidence by many of his interviews, Belfort is a man of strong faith, and as such his shirt features not only his name but also a cross and biblical passage. The shirt is 100% cotton and available in kelly green.

Shortly after disbanding his own apparel line a few months ago, Frank Trigg announced a partnership with Silver Star Casting Company. Set to face Josh Koschek at UFC 103, Trigg will be making his return to the octagon after a four year absence, and also a return to the welterweight division.  With the fight less then two weeks away, Silver Star has released Trigg’s first signature tee. The all black shirt features a monogram of Trigg’s initials flanked by striking eagles on the front, while the back features the Silver Star name, Trigg’s name, and another monogram FT. The 100% cotton tee is accented with silver foil highlights on the front and back.

Once again Silver Star Casting Company and American Fighter have teamed up to deliver Rich Franklin’s walkout tee. This time they will be partnering up for Franklin’s UFC 103 bout on September 19th, when he takes on Vitor Belfort at a catchweight of 195 lbs. Available in two colors (tan and grey) the shirt features a tea stain dye with Franklin’s nickname ‘Ace’  represented by burnout appliqués in the front and back. Both the Silver Star and American Fighter name are present on both side of the shirt as well. The shirt is available for order on both supplier’s websites, with orders scheduled to be shipped out on September 14th.
